  • PowerPlatform Development (PowerApps, PowerAutomate(Flow), PowerBI)

  • Powershell Scripts to automate Platform Tasks.

  • Knowledge Article Creation and Management

  • Basic AWS Troubleshooting and Resolution

  • Data Analysis and Reporting with PowerBI and Excel

  • 24/7 Incident Manager On-Call Rotation
